Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

During busy periods, launches, sales, or promotional events, dispatch times may occasionally take a little longer. We will always do our best to keep you updated if there are any significant delays.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be passed to our chosen delivery provider.

Please note that dispatch time and delivery time are separate. Our aim is to have your order dispatched within 48 hours, but delivery times can vary depending on the courier and your location.

Estimated delivery times are:

* UK Standard Delivery: [2–5 working days]
* UK Express Delivery: [1–2 working days]
* International Delivery: [5-7 working days]

Tracking

Where applicable, you will receive a tracking number by email or text once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your parcel has been collected by the courier.

Delayed or Missing Orders

We will do our best to assist you and contact the delivery provider where necessary.

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes or other fees that may be applied to their order by the destination country.

These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Changes to Orders

If you need to change your delivery address or any other order details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
